1.introductions
The friction coefficient meter is specialized in measuring the static and dynamic friction coefficients of materials such as plastic films and sheets, paper, rubber, woven bags, cardboard, fabrics, conveyor belts, metal composite tapes, coatings, wood, brake pads, shoe materials, wipers, tires, etc. when sliding. By measuring the smoothness of materials, the production quality and process indicators of materials can be controlled and adjusted to meet the requirements of product use. In addition, it can also be used for measuring the smoothness performance of daily chemical products such as eye drops and cosmetics.

3. test principle
Lay the sample flat on the testing platform of the testing machine, use the built-in clamping fixture of the testing machine to fix the sample, and then place the slider above the sample. The slider is connected to the transmission mechanism of the testing machine, and through the force sensor on the transmission mechanism and the displacement sensor built into the machine, the force and displacement changes during the testing process are collected to calculate various frictional mechanical performance indicators of the sample.
